At your convenience!

We’ve had a right royal flush with The Old Loos project at Drayton.
News of the scheme by Brewers the Lettings Agency to convert the former public conveniences into offices has hit the headlines of the Portsmouth News.
The paper ran a story about the development in its weekly Wednesday property section – complete with a picture of our director Ian Lee and Daryn Brewer from the Lettings Agency.
The two-storey block – to be named The Old Loos – will become Brewers the Letting Agency’s new offices. We’re pleased to have worked with Daryn to design the plans for the new headquarters.
Work is continuing on the scheme and it is still on track for a grand opening in May.
We’re also extremely grateful to the News for covering details of our second charity golf day too.
It’s not long now until the big tournament on Tuesday April 28 at Waterlooville Golf Club.
We’ve had a great response from local businesses keen to be involved although there are still a few places left for teams of four.
There are also a handful of sponsorship slots available and all donations of raffle prizes will be gratefully received as well!
All proceeds from the event, which we are holding with ADN Financial Solutions, are in aid of Help for Heroes and Ickle Pickles, which helps premature and seriously ill babies.
Both are very worthy causes – and we’re aiming to raise more than the £3,400 we raised from our last extravaganza in October 2013.
As a leading chartered surveyors and property services company in the Portsmouth and Hampshire area, we are always keen to give something back to the community.
Don’t be shy about joining in. The standard varies across the field and the day is played in a great spirit with plenty of fun.
It is also a great opportunity to do a bit of networking or just meet some likeminded business people from the area.
The extravaganza will also include competitions, a two-course dinner and prize-giving.
Don’t forget to send us your entry forms and fees, if you have already pledged to take part.
Please contact our director Ian Lee on [email protected] and 02392 697193 for more details about taking part, sponsorship and donating a raffle prize.
