Bruce is in the News!

Our newly professionally qualified chartered surveyor Bruce Scott is in a story in the Portsmouth News today.
The article on page two of the Property guide includes a picture of Bruce and our director Ian Lee at our offices on the Fairway Business Centre in Portsmouth.
It tells how Bruce has become a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) after successfully passing his final Assessment of Professional Competence (APC).
Qualified chartered surveyors with the right amount of expertise, professionalism and dedication are always hard to find, so we endeavour to develop staff from within our own ranks.
Bruce follows in the footsteps of our chartered surveyor Lee Sargeant who also started at the firm as a trainee and passed through our exacting training programme.
As a RICS registered firm, we place great emphasis on training, and gaining qualifications and accreditation.
Having the RICS status is a hallmark of quality, professionalism and an assurance that we meet the very highest standards.
Our managing director Bill McAndrew, director Ian Lee, consultant Ken Veness and chartered surveyor Alf Wimshurst also all hold prestigious RICS Fellowship status.
Our heartiest congratulations go to Bruce for all of the hard work and dedication he put in to gain RICS Membership.
It comes as we become more and more busy with clients calling on our property related services, including residential and land surveys and boundary work.
We’re also looking for the ‘next Bruce’ as we’re seeking to employ more qualified and trainee surveyors, including two apprentices.
RICS is the professional body which promotes and enforces the highest standards in the land, real estate, property, construction and infrastructure sectors.
Its 118,000 accredited professionals are expert in such fields as property and land valuation and management, costing and leadership of construction projects, the development of infrastructure, management of natural resources, environmental assessments, building control and land rights.
