East Anglian Reserve Forces & Cadet Association (EARFCA) – New Accommodation Block
EARFCA – Waterbeach, Cambridgeshire new accommodation block. McAndrewMartin were awarded the commission to design and manage the concept & final designs, planning application through to construction of a new 30 man accommodation block to support the forces expansion needs of the service in this Cambridge region. This site is planning further expansion in the coming years.
McAndrewMartin have worked very closely with the client to provide all necessary surveys, feasibility, planning consent, PQS, project and programme management and service connectivity.
A design and construction period of 12 months. McAndrewMartin were commissioned for RIBA Stages 0-7.
