As part of the developing relationship with MITIE and the Commercial team, McAndrew Martin are pleased to have successfully delivered the first of 12 ‘pop up’ Ted Baker stores. This project sees the start of a raft of work with Ted Baker in 12 shopping centres up and down the country; this one is in Bromley Glades shopping centre, with the next completed store in Exeter. The good working relationship between Ted Baker, the Mitie contractors and McAndrew Martin’s Building Surveying department ensured success here.
