Principal Designer
We provide Principal Designer services that support clients in meeting their responsibilities under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations (CDM) and the Building Safety Act (BSA). Working closely with clients and design teams from the earliest project stages, we help identify and manage design risks, coordinate duty holders and ensure safety and compliance are embedded throughout the design process. Our role is to bring clarity, structure and oversight to complex projects, helping ensure regulatory requirements are met while supporting efficient and safe delivery.
