Welcoming Stuart Mott and Jim Green to the McAndrew Martin Team

This month, McAndrew Martin Limited has the privilege of introducing two remarkable individuals who are embarking on a new chapter of their professional lives: Stuart Mott and Jim Green. Both Stuart and Jim come with extraordinary backgrounds, having served commendably in the armed forces, and now, they’re taking on fresh roles within McAndrew Martin Limited.

Stuart Mott, a former Captain in the Parachute Regiment, and Jim Green, and Ex-Warrant Officer in the Royal Marine, have demonstrated unwavering dedication and commitment during their time serving the country. They have now chosen to channel their skills and expertise into the corporate landscape, and McAndrew Martin Limited is fortunate to have them on board.

Stuart Mott: Transitioning from the Parachute Regiment to Project Management https://www.linkedin.com/in/stuart-mott-4967b678/

Stuart’s journey from the military to civilian life has been an inspiring tale of determination and resilience. After more than 9 months of meticulous planning and preparation, which included networking, skill-building courses, and even relocating his home, Stuart is now stepping into his role as a Project Manager at McAndrew Martin Limited.

Stuart’s impressive set of skills includes the APM PMQ and AGILE Project Management courses, as well as the NEBOSH General certification. These, coupled with his hands- on experience in high-stress situations during his time in the Parachute Regiment, make him an invaluable addition to the McAndrew Martin team.

In his own words, “I’m very pleased to announce I have accepted and started a new role in Project Management. Many thanks to Jason Marshall for all the support over the past few months and to Rab Bailie for making me feel at home on my first day. I’m sure the baptism will be a steep learning curve on fire in the deep end, but we all know that’s where the best learning takes place.”

Jim Green: From Royal Marine to Client Relationship Manager https://www.linkedin.com/in/jim-gabby-green/

With an impressive 34 years of service in the Royal Marines under his belt, Jim Green is now poised to forge a new path as the Client Relationship Manager at McAndrew Martin Limited. Jim’s vast experience, honed in one of the world’s most elite military units, brings a unique perspective to his new role.

Jim’s words capture his enthusiasm for the role perfectly: “Taking up the role as the Client Relationship Manager, I look forward to learning new skills, creating fruitful relationships and starting another interesting and rewarding career. I am extremely grateful to McAndrew Martin Ltd for giving me this opportunity and can’t wait to get stuck in.”
