This was a relatively complex job within the MOD estate that required involvement with a lot of additional separate entities like counter terrorism, defence, primary healthcare, as well as the usual authorities required for a build. This was a refurbishment of an existing building for which there was little to no information known. McAndrew Martin provided considerable support, both remotely and onsite, to assist with the build. They overcame the unknowns and assisted the main contractor throughout the build to deliver a very bright, welcoming medical facility that the client is very impressed with.
